By checking this box, I, [Your Name], hereby agree to participate voluntarily in a case study for the agreed duration ​conducted by CK Business Agency ("Company") at no cost. I understand that my participation may involve providing ​information about my business, experiences, and outcomes resulting from the use of Company's services. I acknowledge ​that the Company will perform an analysis or “Introduction Call” and suggest strategies for implementation at no charge. I ​am also aware that certain optional services, such as digital advertising, may incur external fees such as search engine ad ​spend at my discretion.

I grant CK Business Agency permission to use the information provided in the case study, including but not limited to ​business name, logo, testimonials, and content generated from the case study, for promotional and marketing purposes on ​Company's website and other platforms. I acknowledge that any content shared may be publicly accessible and may be used ​by Company for promotional purposes.

Furthermore, I agree to complete a survey provided by the Company and to leave a review or testimonial regarding my ​experience with the Company's services. I understand that my participation in the case study is voluntary, and I may choose ​to withdraw at any time before the case study begins. I acknowledge that after the case study is complete, I must formally ​inquire and onboard as a client if I wish to contract with the Company.
